Have you ever noticed that the word Heart contains within it Earth and Art?
This simple wordplay carries the essence of what I feel called to share with the world.

Heart Circles

There are few things that bring me more joy than creating safe, loving containers where we can gather. Spaces where you can show up fully, explore what lies within, and (re)connect with your true nature—your essence.

In many ancient traditions, the heart is seen as the center of our being, the portal through which the soul feels, expresses, and creates.

I offer a variety of workshops and ceremonies, both in person and online. Follow my Facebook page to stay updated on upcoming events. You can also book a private ceremony or workshop, for yourself or a group, customized to meet your unique needs.

Movement, Meditation & Sound

Some of the most ancient and powerful paths from mind to heart are found through physical expression—through movement, dance, song, and prayer. When we come together in circle to heal, to pray, or to celebrate life, we move beyond the confines of our individual mind and sense of separation, opening to a deeper experience of unity with all.

Ceremonial Cacao

I offer ceremonies sharing the sacred medicine of the heart—an ancient medicine with roots in South America. Mama Cacao guides us in opening our hearts, healing emotional wounds, and expanding our consciousness.

Cacao is also a medicine of community, uniting us through ritual, love, and compassion. She carries the wisdom of the Earth, helping us remember the sacredness of all life and the beauty of being fully present in the moment.

Rose Ceremonies

The rose is a sacred symbol of the Goddess, and her medicine invites us to soften into our bodies and return to the essence of our hearts. She guides us to slow down, nourish ourselves, and open to receiving.

Her medicine teaches us courage—the courage to live with an open heart, to choose connection even when life feels challenging, and when fear tempts us to separate and close ourselves off. She also teaches us about boundaries through her thorns, helping us discern where we wish to give our energy and where we need to protect it. Through the rose, we remember the beauty, strength, and wisdom of the heart.

Earth's Wisdom

The Earth is our Mother, our home, and our greatest caregiver. When we care for her, we care for ourselves—and when we care for ourselves, we care for her.
Our bodies are extensions of her body, sacred and interconnected.

Honoring her wisdom, attuning to her cycles, and connecting with her medicines are vital for our wellbeing. It is a path of coming home to our true nature—we are nature.

I offer inspiration and workshops in herbalism, crafting natural products, and living in harmony with the rhythms of the Earth in everyday life. I also share rituals and ceremonies designed to deepen our connection with the Earth and honor the paths of our ancestors.

Be sure to explore Natural Products for free recipes, guidance, and inspiration to bring the medicine of the Earth into your daily life.

Arts, crafts & expression

We all carry unique gifts and expressions that long to be born from our hearts. Letting go of attachment to the result and surrendering to the creative process is a profound practice of self-expression. Opening space for creativity in our lives becomes both an act of self-care and a path to healing, offering the opportunity to discover new layers of ourselves.

I offer a variety of creative workshops—making earth crafts, natural products, jewelry, and more—inviting you to explore and awaken your creative spirit.

With joy and devotion, I share my unique brick-stitch glass bead earrings, designed for ceremony or everyday wear. Each pair is lovingly crafted, cleansed in sacred herbal smoke, and blessed with holy water, carrying intention and heart in every bead. You can choose from the online collection or commission custom earrings, created with the colors, style, and intention that are uniquely yours.
